2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us directly, mainly through the contact form: full name, phone number, email address, project type, and the message you send. We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health data, political opinions) and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
In addition, as you browse the site, some of the external services we use (detailed below) may automatically receive your IP address, as a normal part of how they technically function.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your request for information or a quote (legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate consent.
4. Third-party services used on the site
The site loads resources from the following external providers:
- Google Fonts — for the site's typefaces; may transmit your IP address to Google.
- Google Maps — the map on the Contact page, loaded only after your explicit consent (see our Cookie Policy).
- Frankfurter API and Open-Meteo — for the currency rates and weather shown in the header; anonymous requests, no personal data shared and no cookies set.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — the WhatsApp contact button redirects you to the WhatsApp app; any subsequent conversation is subject to Meta/WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
5. Who we share data with
Data submitted through the contact form is delivered directly to the email address contact@aiconstructor.ro, managed by AI Constructor via the site's hosting provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep it
We keep messages received through the contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, afterwards, for a reasonable period as a record of client communication — no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., contractual or financial records).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: request access to your data; request its rectification or erasure; restrict or object to its processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP. 8. Data security
The site is secured via an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). We take reasonable measures to protect data submitted through the contact form against unauthorised access.
