2. Purpose of the site
www.aiconstructor.ro presents the civil and industrial construction services offered by AI Constructor. The site does not allow direct online purchase of services (it is not an online store) — any collaboration is agreed separately, through direct discussion, a quote, and a distinct contract, following a request submitted via the contact form, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
3. Using the site
By accessing and using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the site in any way that could impair its operation, security, or availability to other users.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, illustrations, logo, animations, and design — belongs to AI Constructor or is used with the appropriate rights, and is protected under copyright law. Information submitted through the contact form (name, phone, email, project type, message) is used solely to respond to your request. Any price quote provided afterwards is informational until a contract is signed; the final terms of any collaboration are agreed separately, in writing.

AI Constructor makes reasonable efforts to keep the site's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the site. Information in the "News" section (regulations, industry news) is provided for information only and does not replace consulting official sources or a licensed professional.

8. Dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may use the Romanian Alternative Dispute Resolution platform (SAL) run by ANPC, or the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR). You may also address the competent courts in Romania.
